Digital Products

Can I download several digital products at once?
No. You'll need to purchase each digital download product separately to ensure accurate delivery of the product.

How do I order a digital download product?
Simply click the Buy Now button on the digital download product page. Follow the purchasing screens. After your purchase is complete, please WAIT to be returned to our site so that your product download link can be emailed to you.

When will I get my download product?
You will receive an email message, after your purchase, that will contain your download link. The link is good for one download only; so, be sure and save the file to your computer.

Orders

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping & Returns

What constitutes a valid return?
1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 20 days of receipt via the Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement.
2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 20 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.
3. CDs, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
4. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion
