General Returns:
We are happy to accept your return and will refund your credit card for the items purchased if you:

1. Return the item(s) in new, original condition. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF WASHED, EMBELLISHED OR ALTERED MERCHANDISE.

2. Contact BoJou's Customer Service Department by visiting our Contact page for your Return Item Assignment Number.

3. Include your packing slip and return authorization number.

4. Return your items within 10 days of delivery date.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify BoJou's Customer Service Department by visiting our Contact page for a Return Item Assignment Number. We will replace or refund your order immediately.

How to Make a Return:
Simply pack the product securely with the packing slip and ship to:
